What to expect

Step 1: Schedule your appointment. Contact me by phone, text, or email. I'll confirm the details, provide a quote, and answer any questions before we meet.

Step 2: Prepare your documents. Have them completed and ready for signature, but do not sign them before the appointment unless you've been specifically instructed to do so.

Step 3: Bring valid identification. Each signer must present a current, acceptable form of identification as required by California law.

Step 4: Meet at your preferred location. I'll travel to your home, office, hospital, assisted living community, workplace, or another agreed-upon location within my service area.

Step 5: Complete your signing. I'll verify identity, witness the signatures when required, complete the notarization, and make sure everything is properly finalized before the appointment ends.

Step 6: Final delivery. For loan signings and other applicable services, I'll promptly return the completed documents according to the hiring company's instructions. For standard mobile notary appointments, your notarized documents are returned to you at the end of the appointment.
